Our Commitment

We are driven by the knowledge that what we do every day affects the customers we serve, the lives and well-being of the patients we support, the physicians and providers we work with, the investors who support us, and the colleagues that share our mission.
These are the commitments we stand by:

To Our Customers

With likeminded values, we drive innovation.

We see ourselves as an extension of your team and hold ourselves accountable for ensuring our principles and ethics are aligned. We embrace your goals and deliver high-touch customer service, a belief that is core to our corporate foundation and culture.

In 2016, we designed “Built for Biotech,” an operating model that delivers outcome focused insights. This model enables us to offer a combination of global compliance, industry acumen, and therapeutic expertise and ensures that innovative ideas aren’t hindered by short-term thinking or limited resources. Data is integral to innovation. We arm our staff and partners with the knowledge to safeguard data and deliver insights with integrity.

To Our Talent

We are, foremost, a company of people.

We are committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Our colleagues do their best work when they are inspired, nurtured, and empowered. Our Cultural Anchors form the foundation of this philosophy and serve as differentiators for how we communicate, interact, and respond to each other, our patients, and our customers.

As an investment in the success and wellness of our team, we have developed a dynamic continuous learning program that supports professional development as well as robust benefits that reinforce physical and mental wellbeing.

Our work is dedicated to transforming the latest life-changing discoveries into reality. Because what we do is profoundly connected to saving and improving lives, we never forget the huge responsibility we carry. Every day is different, and every project is special. We believe the same of our team. Every team member offers unique skills and perspectives. By bringing diverse teams together, we can better address the needs of the patient populations we serve and help our employees thrive.

To Patients

Patients are at the heart of everything we do.

We work in a highly regulated environment where patient safety is paramount. It is our responsibility to ensure that trials are conducted safely and ethically, while also considering patient and caregiver needs in clinical trial design.

Relying on our Patient and Stakeholder Engagement (PASE) network, we gain vital understanding of each disease’s burden and key patient treatment goals. With this insight we deliver more effective trial design, patient recruitment and retention strategies. PASE enables us to incorporate the input of all relevant stakeholders to support the development of patient-centered drugs and devices.

To the Environment

We make critical decisions to reduce our impact.

We recognize the importance of monitoring our environmental impact as a part of being a responsible business. Our Environmental Management System guides policy throughout the company and our supply chain to ensure that we work in an environmentally responsible manner.

We are continuously improving our environmental management system by reviewing and improving internal processes to achieve environmental objectives, adopting measures that include:

  • Ensuring our suppliers and/or service providers have, as a minimum, an environmental policy in place that ensures they are continuously striving to operate more efficiently and with reduced fuel emissions
  • Reducing our Carbon footprint and waste through re-use and recycling and by purchasing recycled, recyclable or re-furbished products and materials where these alternatives are available, economical and suitable, and reducing waste production across all our facilities
  • Ensuring that our processes are operating within the minimum, achievable environmental impact by integrating the consideration of environmental concerns into all our decisions and processes
  • Minimizing the potential environmental impact of our products and services where possible by reducing the use of hazardous materials, implementing energy-saving products and procedures, and considering the environmental impact of travel arranges

Responding to Covid-19

Keenly Focused on the Impact to Our Patients, Sponsors, and Employees

In view of the global impact of COVID-19, we have assigned a task force to ensure business continuity is maintained. The task force is closely monitoring the changing global situation to ensure the health and welfare of our staff, patients enrolled in projects, and investigative sites and staff. If you have any project-specific questions or concerns, please contact your project manager or one of our sales associates, who are working in concert with our Covid-19 Task Force.
