MORRISVILLE, NC, April 1, 2024 – Premier Research is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Milena Kanova-Petrova as Senior Vice President, Global Head of General Medicine. In this role, Dr. Kanova-Petrova will oversee strategic planning and project execution for all general medicine clinical operations inclusive of internal medicine, women’s health and dermatology.

Dr. Kanova-Petrova has more than 25 years of clinical research experience. She has delivered portfolios across multiple therapeutic indications in all stages of global drug development as a strategic development lead, operational expert, and a medical advisor. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Global Development Operations, Centessa Pharmaceuticals. In addition to Centessa, Dr. Kanova-Petrova has held leadership roles at Palladio Pharmaceuticals, Nuvelution Pharma, and IQVIA.
