Stacy Schnieber

Stacy Schnieber is Chief People Officer (CPO) at Premier Research and brings to the Company more than 20 years’ experience building and leading human resources teams within the drug development industry as well as other services industries.

As CPO, Ms. Schnieber drives initiatives that create a differentiated employee experience and support organizational and individual growth and engagement. With a focus on strong operational delivery, Ms. Schnieber works closely with leadership and engages cross-functional teams to enhance life at Premier and support a positive workplace culture.

Prior to the CPO appointment, Ms. Schnieber served as Senior Vice President at Premier where she oversaw all aspects of global talent acquisition, people strategy, and total rewards. Prior to that, Ms. Schnieber was Senior Vice President at Camargo Pharmaceutical Services, a drug development consulting services firm that was acquired by Premier in June 2021.

Ms. Schnieber holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Cincinnati, as well as a bachelor’s degree in communication from Ohio University.
