Michael Arlotto, Ph.D.

Dr. Michael Arlotto is a motivated leader that brings more than 25 years of experience in scientific, investment, and operational leadership to Premier Research. As Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Arlotto oversees Clinical Development Services and focuses on delivering patient-centric clinical strategy to accelerate the pathway to regulatory approval. With a keen understanding of what drives business value, he builds integrated teams and strategically deploys technology to ensure high-quality customer service, data integrity and timely delivery.

Dr. Arlotto has worked extensively in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, pharmaceutical service, and healthcare IT industries. Most recently, Dr. Arlotto served as President of Remarque Systems, a company he co-founded in 2015.
