Karen Scheffel

Karen joined Premier Research in September 2022 as Senior Director, Project Delivery Dermatology. Prior to joining Premier Research, Karen worked in rare disease at a biopharma company as Director, Clinical Operations, providing oversight and management of a compound for kidney disease. Karen has spent more than 25 years in project leadership in both medium and large CROs where she has led global teams to successfully deliver assigned projects. She has experience in phase 1 to 4 studies in various therapeutic areas. Karen is skilled at engaging and building relationships with key stakeholders to drive operational effectiveness.
